BUS FEES FOR TOWN STUDENTS

$35.00 per month

$350.00 per year

$875.00 family rate for 3 or more children

Town bussing will be available provided a sufficient number of students request the service. These passes must be paid for prior to receiving the bus service.

BUS LOOP

Please do not park/drop off students in front of the school during times posted. This is a designated area for buses . The fine for passing by a stopped bus is $410.00. Thank you working together with us to ensure the students at KES are safe.

KINDERGARTEN

For students who require noon hour transportation there is a surcharge of $25.00 per month. This charge is in addition to the regular bus fees of $35.00 per month ($350.00 per year). A minimum of 14 students in our community must register for this noon hour service in order for it to be offered.

SCHOOL BUS RULES

1. Be on time - this helps the bus be on time.

2. Stay off the road while waiting for the bus.

3. Wait for the bus to come to a complete stop before getting on.

4. Passengers must keep hands and heads inside of the bus at all times.

5. Passengers must remain in their seats while the bus is in motion.

6. Quiet conversation on the bus is expected.

7. Passengers must respect others and their property.

8. Students shall not use radios and musical equipment while on the bus.

9. The bus is to be kept clean at all times - garbage is to be placed in proper containers.

10. The aisles must be kept free at all times.

11. No items of any sort shall be thrown out the windows.

12. In case of emergency - remain seated, and wait for the driver to instruct you.

13. *Absolute quiet is expected at Railway Crossings.

14. *Students must be dressed suitably for the weather, or the driver may refuse to accept them as passengers.

15. After leaving the bus, passengers must proceed with caution.
